The Nissan Qashqai

The Qashqai has certainly turned heads with its unusual design and unusual name. It has the option of a glass roof: and we don’t just mean a tip’n’tilt sunroof. The glass is tinted to prevent glare and has a sliding cover inside so if you don’t fancy all that light, you can just cover it up.

There is plenty of room in both the front and back and the suspension is sufficient that there are no nasty jolts and judders on bumpy roads. The dashboard is nicely laid out in a comprehensive manner, the steering wheel has simply loads of different angles of adjustment and there is even a handsfree Bluetooth function within all the dials and whistles.

As well as all of this, the Nissan Qashqai was named as “Safest Car of the Year” and has won numerous awards for design and safety. Really, if you are after a safe and roomy family car that will handle both city and motorway driving, the Qashqai could well be one you should consider.
